First of all, just because there's so many views it doesn't mean people know the answer, going by your title I didn't even know what you meant until I Googled "R36S".

Regardless, I did a quick Google search and found this, I don't know if it will be useful or not:

At best you can play some games but you won't for most. If you want to emulate Saturn you gonna have to pay much more than $40.
