PS5 spontaneously turns on after being powered off

Hello, for the past month, my PS5 has been randomly turning on after being powered off, not in rest mode. This is very obnoxious because the console goes to rest mode a few seconds later. What could be causing this? All I have found online is from rest mode, not from fully powered off.

My ps5 turned on every time my tv turned on. I think it also depends which hdmi your tv’s on when it’s turned on

This is a HDMI setting in the PS5;
Settings > HDMI > "Enable HDMI Link"

Possibly also CEC settings on TV but that is different per brand, you'd have to look into your TV's settings

Thanks for the info, however, my PS5 will even turn on when my TV is powered off, does the HDMI CEC cause this also?
