if those folders are games, you can turn them into iso with ps3 iso tools. use makeps3iso as it's considered better. it will have the option when you make the iso. it shouldn't take too long, but I guess it depends on the speed of the computer.

remember to check the ird, which can be done with managunz or johnny's site, but last I heard johnny's site was down. however, there's a backup of it somewhere. psx place mentions it in a thread by alexrhine iirc.

I fixed it by having in transfer settings, transfer mode active and limit number of connection to 1.

This fixed everything now i can transfer folder files with a lot of files in it 8gb even more way faster than using a usb.
