How do i make my custom made ps2 classic save with a memory card?

Ps2 classic or iso? Memory cards should come with the ps2 classic, and iirc, iso games use the normal Memory cards that discs do, so create a vm2 in Memory card management on the xmb.

i used ps2 classics gui because i have a hen slim ps3

you can check if the memory cards exist in the ps2 emu folder iirc. it's in /home/0000000x. it may be in savedata, but I don't think it is.
