Please insert a disk into USB drive, No Media

Hey, I just got this External HDD and when i plugged it in, it worked fine for a bit, but then after about an hour or so (copying games over to it) it just gave up?
I've been trying for 2 days now to fix it somehow but i can't. Do i just buy a new one??

You tried repairing the drive?

Your HDD will be encrypted. Repair it as soon as possible, other wise it will be useless for you. Extract gaming data from HDD.
