im not a coder... i can do very minor stuff like logic stuff but i cant do much like implementing new features, Fix94 was teh actual dev that made 90% of the work on all off nintendont and he quit and never appeared again in years, and as off yet no one cared to pick up the project since most games work so ppl are fine with it i guess.
So its not like pedro doesn't want to do it but more like pedro doesn't know how to do it.
