Hi everyone.

I've been struggling for three days to compile basic helloworld app written in Nim.
I've created this little example project to ease this steps for other people, trying to find an alternative to c / c++.
It shows real basic functionality but it is still a great starting example! I'd like to have one when I started

Can this be used to build Switch UIs?
Why would so,embody chose this over c/c++?

Not trying to start a programming language debate BTW…just wanting to know the plus side to Nim.

I'm actually planning to make app using borealis and nim, so yeah. It can build UIs using same FFI it prints to switch console

Aha. That makes sense. I’m digging into borealis now.

Updated with new library-making project. This should be useful if you already have some code in C and want to extend it with Nim
