Merge multi DLCs

Can we merge multiples DLCs including DLC fix from same games into single big pkg file ???

No, they come as seperate dlc files, there is no merged dlc files pack.

Possibly. I've managed to do this on the ps4 anyway. However, I'd advise you to stay clear of "fixes." Some steal your personal information.
