Is there any way of downloading PKHex without using admin rights/privileges?

I need to find a way to download PKHex without having to enter the password

Pkhex doesn't need a password. Just download and extract the zip/rar. I would test it right now to confirm but projectpokemon is having some issues not allowing me to download it.
Do you not have admin access on your pc? That's only thing I can think of on why you would need a password

The files isn't available at projectpokemon at this current time. As for admin right you don't need admin right to use.
