Is coldboot into AROMA safe?

Got into applying the new method on a Wii U I have
it is safe to coldboot into AROMA? and if so
What do I lose by using it instead of booting with the Tiramisu enviroment?

Yes
Nothing, you can always dual boot into Tiramisu. Just hold X while booting and select Tiramisu or Aroma

Safe to use. Feel free to move from tiramisu if you are on CBHC.

You lose the ability to use elf homebrew, but like previously mentioned you can dual boot.
