I bought a used Nintendo Switch(XAJ400327...) with CFW, everything was fine at first but after I took out the SD card to check its capacity, it turned out that there is no more HB menu and I cannot launch any games what can I do because I don't have an RCM loader

You need atleast a jig to inject a payload if no AutoRCM.

If CFW was already installed, you might have autoRCM enabled. Turn off the Switch completely (hold power button for 15 secs), then try to boot again. If the screen stays black, it might be in RCM mode. Time to inject a payload. You don't need a dongle for that. TegraRCM on a windows PC would do the job.

Do I need a Jig Tool for booting?

No. Booting means just turning on your Switch... just press the power button. If the screen stays black, it might be in RCM thanks to autoRCM, or it might also mean battery completely depleted, which is another subject altogether. The jig is only a tool to enter RCM, nothing else. If you already have autoRCM, the jig is unneeded.
