HWFLY OLED Purple / Orange / Red

Hey guys,

Starting info:
OLED console running 14.1.1
V4.0 HWFLY install with upgraded gold dat0 chip. Flex cable not used but all soldering points have wires instead. All values are good compared with ones on YouTube.

Training: initially pulsed yellow indefinitely. Flashed it with nx 0.7.2, took a couple tries but the flash went through in the end. It fully trained (purple then green), and I got the NOSO logo. However, after booting again, now it goes purple, then orange, then red, then turns off and boots OFW. I reflashed 0.7.2 but just repeats the cycle of purple, orange, red. I reflashed a lower firmware, same result. I tried with SD card in and SD card out, no avail.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: The only file on my sd card is payload.bin (hekate renamed)

If you check the color scheme on the hwfly-nx github page, looks like it's a connection problem. If it booted once to NO SD logo and then stopped, it kinda confirms that. I would bet on the DAT0 adapter.
What are the readings that you get with multimeter on the diode mode (red probe on GND)? And your SP1 and SP2 resistance? Some high-res pics of the install would be helpful as well.
No need to worry about the SD card at this moment, you should get Hekate screen (NO SD) if everything is working properly.
