You will need to access the disk over FTP e.g. https://github.com/Laf111/WiiUFtpServer as your computer cannot read Wii U formatted disks.

you could extract the files using wfs-extract together with the otp.bin of your wii u. But it can only read, not write. If you need to restore it, you would need to copy everything over ftp, which is very slow.
I just created an image of my USB drive, as it was nearly full anyway. If I need to I can extract it later or just write the image back, if I need to

Not sure of the software, but the drive must be the same size.

I'm not sure. Problem is these new systems index content in order to speed things up.

i also readed that i need to dump titles from the nand, how? its very complex to make and restore backups :/
