it's a jb game. it goes in the games folder on root of usb or hdd. put it in a separate folder first though.

name the folder whatever game that is, then put those folders/files inside. after that, put it in the games folder. it's a non cobra game, so it may be better to use ps3isotools with makeps3iso to create an iso, but it's not required.

the game is on my external hdd and i want to copy it to my internal hdd (on ps3) how? i think i need to use multiman

you could use multiman or anything else with a file explorer. I don't have an external hdd for the ps3, so what I usually do is connect an ethernet cable to my ps3 directly to my laptop, then transfer it over to internal. I bought an adapter for such a thing for this new laptop, which doesn't have an ethernet port. anyway, it will go in games on internal if it's in that format. btw, I don't know if multiman can do both iso and jb at the same time, so you might have to get out of cobra manager (mmcm) for the game to show up. sorry, it's been too long for me to tell you how to do that, but I remember it's very easy.
