Help decompiling / decrypting Wii game "The Munchables"

I wanted to make mods for this game for a while, but only the files I could seem to find are videos, music, and .dat files.

I don't really know where to go from there. My small knowledge of hex editors doesn't help either.

you would need to disassemble the game with something like IDA or ghidra. ghidra is free from what I remember.
