HALP! JuanBaNaNa's back usb port is broken. :cry: I don't know what he ate yesterday, but it's just a mess down there.. Now, i don't know where to plug my banana usb. :sad:
Any suggestions? I'm thinking about plugging it into his front usb port. Since it's best port anyway... :P

Sunday I did Tinga de Pollo again, bought corn masa, made "quesadillas" with my tinga, Oaxaca cheese and herbs, deep fried in lard.
Toppings were lettuce, fresh cheese, salsa, cilantro and avocado.
Yesterday finished both the Masa and Tinga.

I also did a kind of sweet filling with vegetal lard, sugar and vanilla, bought some toasts and did these:

With hot chocolate of course, because we're having 5°C at night.

Today, in case you're curious, will make chicken broth for my dogos and cat, but will add vegetables, will make white rice and went for chicken nuggets, sausages and eggs because mom said she wants to eat sunny side eggs with rice and bread (baguette) which to be honest, sounds nice after eating lard and chicken non-stop for 3 days.
