I am using this adapter with an OEM Sony DS3 + a softmoded PS2 console.

As you might know the DS2 has 8 pressure sensitive buttons whereas the DS3 has 6 pressure sensitive buttons:

PS2: (Triangle, Circle, Cross, Square, L1, R1, L2, R2) + D-PAD
PS3: (Triangle, Circle, Cross, Square, L1, R1) + D-PAD

Can I get pressure sensitivity to work for all PS2 games that need it, with a DS3 controller ?

Well that shop claims yes, so I'm inclined to believe that it does. Best way to find out is to...test it, obviously. Never heard of this adapter, but if it's any good it should probably work just fine.

The adapter allows you to use DS3/DS4 controller with the PS2, it doesn't change L2/R2 on the PS3/PS4 controller to pressure sensitive, Im not sure if there 100% compatibility with all PS2 games.
