Not from me. Switch version is using different engine (KiriKiri Z) than PC (CatSystem2), so it will be hard to port it.

it happens more often then many people think. For example, Prototype's visual novel ports have their own engine that are different from the PC originals.

Except when Prototype releases game on PC too (look Little Busters Steam version). Well, pc true original was on RealLive. So I guess your statement is still valid, though Switch version is a port of Steam version.
