Gaming Homebrew Banned on splatoon 1

So I was playing splatoon 1 and a hacker joined and for some reason my Wii U crashed and I relaunch the game and got error code 102-2814 it’s a ban code my console is not banned i just can’t play splatoon 1 online I can’t find error code 102-2814 on Nintendo support page is this temporary or permanent banned
