This is labeled as 1.12 in Supercard's Chinese forums. It contains a single file "dstwoupdate.dat". So while this updates the firmware to 1.12, I will post it as a fix for now, until a fully packaged 1.12 zip appears.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
