I've tried these cheats and they work for Pokemon Platinum (U). I know there was some trouble over the non-working ones...But this should work for Supercard slot1 users.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
