This is very good save file, I did all this without cheats and the game is beaten with very good pokemons!!! You can use it on pokemon diamond and pearl too!!!

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
