Full working DLDI for the Ninjapass X9. Supports read and write to TF card.Tested with DSO and latest Moonshell (among other homebrew), and it works fine.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
