i used alice r4 theme to creat it and then convertid it with R4ToCyclo Theme Converter by Aureax thanks Viva La Cucaracha

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
