major internal code refactoring, minor bugs fixed; the waiting timeout with dbibackend has been increased, the output of the log when checking for game updates and DLC has been improved - now, in addition to the name and the new build, their desired TitleID is also written.

A note from Binky: while checking this release out I found what looks to be a new Access Point feature. I’ve not been able to connect yet and trying to change SSID or password settings crashes my switch. Seems like a new feature in the works? Let me know if you figure out how to use it.

* it looks like this was added in release 480. Update 480 release notes with:

the ability to work without the need to connect to an access point (WiFi AP) has been added to the FTP server, but directly with another FTP client using local AdHoc - both in normal 2.4 GHz mode and in 5 GHz 802.11ac , with increased speed (see menu Configuration > Start local Access point > Use 5 GHz ), speed tests .

other than that I installed a game. tested MTP. Everything I’ve tried thus far just works. :-)

Just doing a turn and burn on this one to get it in your hands as early as possible.
I will smoke test this later today on my machines but past history predicts it will run perfectly.
Magic. It does magic. That’s all I know!

Smoke tested on my Erista and all is well.
Did a quick smoke test on both Mariko and Erista. Everything looks great as usual! :-)
I’ve smoke tested this on my Mariko and Erista w/o any issues so far.

Release notes to come as soon as I locate them…
Release notes to follow…
