A small utility to allow users to modify HBC themes to be more transparent, so that the background & bubbles of theme are more visible. It will make the app buttons (list & grid view) fully transparent, and can modify the alpha value of the text.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
