So my joy cons suffered of joy con drift (obviously), so I sent them a repair ticket and got the way to ship my joy cons. It is a god damn quest to just pack them, but ok, I can understand that security is a concern. Then they they ask to ship with purolator, which is ok. I sent them, Nintendo has a system to know where the state of the fix, problem is, it didn’t update, it stuck at "waiting for package" so I waited a good while before sending another ticket about this problem and got a really fast response here, saying they got fixed and shipped back. Purolator uses a basic system to track your package with a code. In the emails they sent me, there was multiple of those codes but none of them worked, at this point, f this, ill just wait. My joy cons finally arrived but when the delivery guy was at my house, but I wasn’t there so they sent my package to a point where I could pick it up (I didn’t like it because we have a box to receive boxes that uses a key, they could’ve just put it there.). And when I finally got the package and tested my fixed joycons, there was still a slight drift on one of the sticks and there was button pressing lag.
Overall experience, 2/10 because the "fix" was free.
I know they might be rushed by all the joy on repairs, but at least send back the joycons in a better stat that when you received them.
