I don't think they are all. There are more than 122 key items
Yeah, this is only representative of about 77ish of them... only what was available in my end-game save, and some of them only because I had cheats on that kept items in my inventory instead of clearing them when a quest would have otherwise taken them away... but if we know the earliest number and the last number, we could also change the IDs to the ones we don't already have identified to fill out what's missing.

If you want to just complete the collectopaedia cards and don't care about the items, you could use cheat #24 of Eiffel2018's cheat collection.

Edit:
Otherwise, Sirius Anemone is locked behind Valdi's Hero Ascension Quest, after completing, you can find them at Soaring Virion's Named Grave Location in Pentelas Region.

The Gogol Fruits are from various Gogols, you need to have them use their eating animation marked by the red exclamation mark.

Actually I would like to find those items to share the Savegame when the story ends. I say this, because it seems difficult to me that someone has completed the game 100% in the conventional way. And I'm thinking that, when maps are completed, Noah says something, but some conventionally completed maps don't say anything, only if I alter the savegame with the map fully open, his dialogue is heard. Which makes me think that it's hard to get that dialogue in the conventional way.

Went through and manually completed the Key Items list I posted earlier... values above 16126 appear to be null or blank. There are some entries throughout the valid range that I've marked as [blank] because they have no item or description associated.

Also reordered the list to be number-ordered for ease of readability, and the editor doesn't seem to care.

how can i know the id of silver noppon coin
That's listed in the keyitems text file itself, so open that up separately and find the ID... though if you already have coins, the name should show up beside them in the key items section of the editor. You'd just need to drop the completed key item list I posted into your editor's /info directory and replace the 0kb file that comes with it, then any valid Key Item should have a name reference in the editor.

16090 and 16091 are the Gold and Silver coins respectively though.

Is it possible to add a way to remove key items? I tried to make them a quantity of zero but now they're glitched in my inventory with a blank name and quantity. They don't show up in the editor anymore either.

Oh and the save editor doesn't seem to work properly with my NG+ saves. I have probably over 200 different accessories but the editor only shows 4. Same with key items. It only shows gold coins and not silver along with only showing 2 types of shards when I have many types.

One more updated list, this time completing the accessories.txt list - a lot of it was there, included, but there was also a good amount missing... this should complete the remainder of that list.

As with the one I did for key items, it should just drop into your editor's /info directory and replace the existing one.

Collectibles are daunting, to say the least... but that one would arguably be the most useful... might try to tackle that a bit at a time.

As before, Values within the list that yield no results are marked as [blank], values above the last valid entry are not noted as they display nothing or garbage data.

EDIT: I've gotten a start of the Collectibles... have about 400 sequentially done already... another 1K (roughly) to go. I'll also post that here when it's complete so everyone has lists as of the 1.1 patch... then I'll likely have to edit these as DLC and updates are released.

Ok, so I found the issue with my NG+ save and the fix. There is another save editor posted here and that's the one that somehow fixed my problem.

When loading up my save in that one it would show a couple lines of accessories and then some lines of all zeroes. Same with key items. This repeats throughout the save. All of the items are scattered in non sequential lines. I checked this editor and it matches with what shows. Only the first few items before the zeroes lines show up here. After saving my save in the other editor without making any changes and then opening it back up, everything went back into place. No empty lines between. Now when I open it in this editor everything shows.

I tested this on a few different saves and it fixes it every time. So I guess if anyone is missing items that aren't showing in the editor, give that a try. I'm not sure what triggers it but my best guess is maybe selling all of an item so it gets removed from your inventory completely. I did purge all of my 1 and 2 star accessories a few hours back and hadn't used the editor in a long while.

Okay... final versions for now, all in one post... also, I'm including a completed Gems list, so this will give you complete lists of Gems, Key Items, Accessories and Collectibles... I've changed the syntax of how things are designated in the Accessories to match how I did them in Collectibles by adding [] brackets around the number representing the Rarity level of each item. This should be 'done' until DLC likely adds to these lists in some way... I did not put rarities on gems or key items as that felt... unnecessary.

A note about Collectibles - there is a very large gap of [blank]s between some the large block of items and some a couple hundred numbers higher - including the Gogol items that someone asked about earlier - but I tested all those blank spots and a couple hundred afterward just to be sure (up to 3500). I only have it going up to 3400 in case of item expansion, and I maintain a spreadsheet with all of these lists so I can easily change stuff on my end in case there are problems or mistakes.

Edit: I'm not convinced these are entirely complete either... looking through, I think I'm missing some items but I don't know the ranges to test against... might need to track down someone's '100%' save and see if they've picked up items that can give me a hint at what I'm missing... so I'll tentatively say these are 'mostly' complete. ;)

@turtle-insect - feel free to add these to your repo if you want to; I mostly did this so that people have as complete a list as possible for now.
