It was done for playing on a modded Switch , i have played it in english on the switch and it works great . Its an issue with the emulator

If you bought Switch in between 2017 and 2018, it means your Switch is unpatched and it is very easy to boot into CFW with jig.

Otherwise, you have to find someone willing to install the mod chip in Switch and you can post to request, so someone will PM you.

I would just prefer not to mod my switch, I don’t want to run into any issues with it getting banned or anything by Nintendo. I’ll just deal with the blurriness using yuzu on the steam deck. Since the other emulator has control issues that don’t work when trying to swap Yokai.

You aren’t alone, that happened to me too.

It is apparently that game isn’t completely translated, but all storylines are translated.

That’s better than nothing and I use Google Lens to translate some parts that haven’t translated yet.

Mod update version 1.0.9 has been released. This release once again brings about various quality of life improvements for the mod like more image translations, English cutscenes etc. Enjoy.

You'll only get banned if you use online in your emunand, so there wouldn't be a problem modding your switch. there are also many codes/applications that prevent you from going online in the cfw anyways, so getting banned from Nintendo is out of the question(if you have been prepared that is)

Some people reported that they got banned for use CFW in sysnand, especially @ELY_M is one of them but it is unusual since Atmosphere has protection that prevent the error code from register in Switch's NAND and sometime, it didn't work well if tesla tool crash the game or Switch, and Nintendo was able to flag the Switch.

As for me, I use CFW offline all time for almost 5 years and haven't get ban at all.
