ROM Hack [WIP] Sm4sh TURBO'D! [Every Fighter, Made Turbo!]

I was just thinking this! We'd better be sure every character is actually turbo, and not broken like shulk right now though.

I think before we release it we will have to make patches to fix bugs, balance, or make characters more fun.

That looks great so far! I'd make the 'Smash Brothers' part a more 80's style font though, and make 'Turbo'd' orange, perhaps.
