I tried using my Wii U wired microphone on Wii and, apparently, it really doesn't work with We Sing since it, apparently, works only with Logitech microphones. Is there anything I can do to make it work or I really need to buy Logitech microphones?

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
