wii u theme not showing the right colors

hey i just started putting themes on my wii u consle but when i changed my theme to a diffrent color on some parts of the wii u home screen it still shows the old colors with the new theme dose anyone know how to fix this

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
