ROM Hack why can't find mario64 and mario galaxy cheat with super mario 3d all stars.

I used the latest cheats with gbatemp.net cheat package titles.rar"
there are four cheats in this package,010049900f546000,010049900f546001,010049900f546002 and 010049900f546003
I copy cheat in sdcard://atmosphere/contents/
I only find mario sunshine cheat with edizon se or edizon in gaming,mario64 and mario galaxy can't find(list is empty in edizon se),I check ID is right.
please help me ,thanks
