dont think theres any. You would need to extract the save file and use it with a pc emulator that allows multiple consoles open to trade on the pc app.

If it's about pokemon and trading, another solution would be to play the "emu edition" for crystal and red. It's not exactly a solution but it might fulfill your pokedex-filling needs?

You could always download pkhex on pc and transfer the 3ds game save to pkhex there are a ton of options you could use to backup your games and pkmn so you can transfer the save or just the pokemon to any of the other games. There are a ton of vids showing how to use it to the fullest

It's not meant to work with mods, only the official games. (But it works with all of them, I even saved mons from Battle Revolution purgatory with it)

If you're playing with a hack, best to dump the save from the Virtual Console and put it in another emulator that supports linking. (You could also get your hack working in the Virtual Console emulator, but that's way more complicated. The multiplayer support works with patches and hooks and crap)
