Well, this might be a quite unusual question, but I'll resume it for you. Riiconnect24 has support for Dolphin, so one of the options is to patch .wad files to work with Dolphin. I wanna know exactly which method does RC24 uses to do so.

You can use the riiconnect24 patcher to patch isos and wad files (Wiiware) https://github.com/RiiConnect24/RiiConnect24-Patcher/releases

Also, you need to dump your wii wads that you want to patch, then re-install them through a wad-manager. Use https://wii.guide if you don't know how to do something.
