use daybreak to update sysnand

Hello, I have a banned switch with atmosphere in the sysnand and I wanted to know if it is safe to update the firmware using the offline daybreak app

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
