I am currently trying to jailbreak my wii u, I don't have a SD card but was wondering if I could use a USB Drive instead

Simple answer, No you cant. The WiiU uses a decrypted filesystem where you dont have any custom access.

I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart. -
