Hacking USB Loader GX, emuNAND - can't run Wad files

I setup emunand and the games that came over with my NAND load fine as emunand in usb loader gx. When I install a new wad using the wad manager in the features menu, none of those are loading. It just reboots usb loader gx. Any suggestions?

I am using
USB loader gx rev 1281
IOS249 rev 65535 d2x v11beta1 base56

Use ShowMiiWads (on pc) to install wad titles to your emunand.

When i dumped my nand to my emunand path, the games that were already installed on my nand and dumped work in usb loader gx when i allow it to show emunand games. Any new wads I try to install either by using the nand manager in usb loader gx or ShowMiiWads do not load,

My emunand path is on my USB drive. Is this an issue? Doing some searching it appears SD works better for emunand.

Maybe ask @blackb0x ? I think that sort of problem might be caused by the FAT library.

I see there is a FAT.app patch for v10 but I am running v11. Do you think that would still work?

Just some new information. I tried dumping the meunand to an SDcard and am getting the same results, Games that were already installed on the nand run from the emunand on the SD card. Any new WADs installed via the usb loader gx wad manager or from my PC using ShowMiiWads do not load and either restart usb loader gx or go to the homebrew channel.
