It does show Mednafen / Plain Text / Gecko for them.
Manually adding does work no problem as mentioned in my first post, just that the loaders doesn't load anything (USB Loader GX - No Cheats found) or a Blank Cheat File (WiiFlow Lite).

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
