First of, I'd like to thank Team Twiizers, the makers of both USB Loader GX and the makers of Wii Flow, and TeconMoon. You know what you all did. Withouts them, this wouldn't be nearly as convenient, still haven't even figured out how without their tools.
Requirements:
1. Wii (and Wii U vWii) with the following:
A. Homebrew Channel
B. cIOS 249,259,251 (CSG should be an easy guide to follow if your unsure)
C. USB loader GX, Wii Flow, and a WBFS/ISO backup of every single game you intend to keep.
2. Usb loader GX, and Wii Flow both in SD:/apps/*
3. A Wii U with vWii softmod, HBC installed, pretty much virtual version of #1.
4. Either the Wii discs you were using, or CFW on Wii U + Teconmoon's Wii/GC Injector to retain 1USB for all games/emulators.
5. A little bit of patience, a Windows PC, your collection of warez from that warez place, and some imagination.
Let's get started.
So first off, I suggest going to your HBC Wii, and deleting any saves for any games you don't intend to play. I had a used Wii for this, and I can't tell you how many Just Dance saves clogged up my stuffs.
Step 1. Open USB loader GX with USB storage plugged in (don't use Wii U drive, won't work). Go to features > emuNAND > dump nand to emuNAND
Step 2. Once done, enable emuNAND for the loader, and test a game to ensure it's working. Not sure how important this is, I used a broken nand dump, the saves were still good so I think that's enough for this purpose.
Step 3. Assuming your emuNAND worked in loader GX (or your a god who won't be told what they can and can't do) insert the drive into Wii U.
Step 4. (Needs HBC on vWii already) boot up Wii U with Wii emuNAND drive inserted, and SD with Wii Flow. Ignore format, and enter vWii mode. Open HBC, open Wii Flow.
Step 5. This is really annoying, like I said haven't found a better way. Click each game backup in Wii Flow, then Click Settings, then click the very last option (should be something about inject to internal nand).
Repeat step 5 for each game you have a save for, that needs to be kept on your Wii U.
Step 6. Use Teconmoon's Wii/GC Injector to convert Wii/GC games/Homebrew to WUP installer format.
Step 7. Install all Wii/GC games you used to use, should be working just the same as before, compatibility may vary but I'm really not sure if/how much it would.
