Update help for 3DS with Luma 11.16.0

I just updated to Luma 11.16.0 but now my 3DS refuses to update to the latest FW (11.16.0-49). It keeps giving me error whenever I try to update. IDK why though, any help would be great.

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
