ROM Hack [Tutorial][SaveHexEdit] How to get all unobtainable outfits in Bravely Default EUR/USA

It keeps crashing my game its difficult to do without the tutorial pictures, I'm ashamed to ask but can you do it for me?

Does this hack work the same way in Bravely Second?

Also, would Asia81 be willing to upload a US savefile for Bravely Default and for Bravely Second that has all the outfits available right at the beginning of the game?

So i tried many times to edit my save but didn't work (crash when i open the menu) so can someone do it for me? i feel a bit ashemed to ask it but as i've arlady said i can't let it work proprely. Here my save, it's an EU one.

so when i try adding the Hex from Asia81 the game crashes but when i do this one " 88 53 E0 DA 4E C0 DA 4E 20 DB 4E 40 DB 4E E0 84 98 18 85 98 38 85 98 98 78 98 18 79 98 F8 78 98 18 DB 4E 60 DB 4E 80 DB 0E C1 E5 4E E0 E5 4E 00 E6 4E 20 E6 4E 40 E6 4E 00 " from illusive yellow the game works however i now have duplicates of all outfits except JP because it gives all of them i dont know what part of yellows code is the working bit but i really want to know.

Edit: did some testing starting at the end and DB 0E C1 E5 4E E0 E5 4E 00 E6 4E 20 E6 4E 40 E6 4E 00 gives me the jp exclusives....and 4 onion shirts

E3 44 C0, E5 4E E0, E5 4E 00, E6 4E 20, E6 4E 40, E6 4E 00 works i noticed the end is a 00 so it got me thinking what if your code was a little off E3 44 |C0 E5 4E, E0 E5 4E, 00 E6 4E, 20 E6 4E, 40 E6 4E| 00 its weird to explane but i got it working. i think as odd as it might sound the final third of an item seems to mess with the item coming after it in this case it looks like the item preceding dimensional garb needs to end in Cx. my file is working now it was interesting messing around in HxD i learned a little.

i was at the start having trouble but then i found the offsets they differ slightly from what you originally posted is all they were E5 4E E0, E5 4E 00, E6 4E 20, E6 4E 40, E6 4E 00 but if the item preceding it didnt end in Cx (E3 44 C0 = Ice Brand) then the game crashed. so my items were ice brand, dimensional garb, bravo bunny, eastern war garb, cadet uniform, and bravo bikini agnes

In case anyone was wondering, if you wanted to inject the outfits for Bravely Second: End Layer, you can use similar instructions as Asia81's super helpful post.

Simply use a hex editor such as HxD, open your BD2GAME0.sav in the hex editor, and amend the following codes to the end of the block of numbers starting at location:

0000170003

This gives you 1 of each. Change the "00" to "02" to get 5 instead of 1.

+20 DD 8E 00 - Scholar's Gown
+40 DD 8E 00 - United Garb
+60 DD 8E 00 - Sky Knight Garb
+80 DD 8E 00 - Chompette's Gown

I couldn't find the Washcloth, Bravo Bunny, or Knight's Tunic outfits!

Sorry for the late reply (I've lost my old account and now I'm using a friend one), Yes and No. I've lost my save data and the one posted was in the mine but it would be cool to restart from that point with the costume. If you have free time ok but if you have other things to do don't worry.

I'm hoping to get some help as well if that'd be possible. I have a mac and can't even get the hex program working on my computer. If someone could do it for me that'd be amazing. I have the uncensored mod and have all of the outfits except for the Japan exclusive ones. Again any help would be greatly appreciated
