Hacking Trouble opening HOME Menu (Top Left Button)?

When ever I try to open the Home Menu on my modded 2DS XL it crashes and gives me an error code. I haven't got a custom theme, I've got the latest Luma Update (v12.0) and it still hapens without the sd card in. Any help would be appreciated :) Thanks View attachment 20230309_002137.jpg

    I just dislike that they don't let me choose the voices before the game starts. Happened with botw as well, had to change to japanese and restart.
