I haven't set up my account yet, but I figured I'd post here, since I've been thinking about this. (I hope it gets finished some day, but I'm only an editor, not a TL.)
Does anyone know what files apply to the Cipher Marth/Minerva/Lucina DLC? I assume those also need to be manually patched in, but the Github guide doesn't mention them, and I don't see anything about it in the Google Drive sheet. I assume the translations on the sheet are done, though.

I followed the guide and installed the .cia to 3ds through fbi, but when I boot the game it crashes inevitably, with prefetch aborted kernel panic error, any solutions?

Sounds like something wrong with your CFW installation try this. Would recommend a quick search next time on the forum for other people who had similar issues since threads like this tend to be really dead, just clicked by chance.
I don't know anymore context surrounding your issue so take a look first to see if OP in the thread I linked has issues similar to yours.
Can anyone make an explanation for this? Like, which version is it meant for? Can it work alongside the current Fire Emblem if translation? So that means that translation doesn't cover these ones (even though it has translations for DLC)? Can we merge both DLC translations?

I have the same problem with pasting the code, however I get this error instead. Did you fix your problem yet?pls help when I paste ctrtool 00000063.app --romfs=SpringScramble.bin I get an error, [tc::cliptionParser ERROR] Option parameter was provided without an option.

4. Copy paste this code into the cmd for US versions: ctrtool 00000063.app --romfs=SpringScramble.bin. EU versions: ctrtool 0000006b.app --romfs=SpringScramble.bin. You should now have a romfs file named SpringScramble.bin in your directory.

That...really doesn't help at all.
We're both following the guide, and have gotten to this exact part of the guide.
I'm doing exactly as the guide says and I get that error message, despite doing everything exactly as the guide says.
Well, ctrtool will not work or will say the command doesn't exist if it's not in environmental settings. However, you could use it by putting ctrtool in the same folder.

change the way it is typed and include this ".\--romfs=SpringScramble.bin 00000063.app"
The only problem I'm getting is that all the dialogue is "??????"
Here is the CIA I created. I have not fully tested it, but from what it seems is that the FallScramble DLC still produces "??????" for the dialogue. SpringScramble should work, but again I have not fully played it so I cannot confirm. The maps load the enemies and characters all load for both DLC's. If anyone out there is still trying to work on this let me know and I'll just patch it and upload the updated CIA.

Upload the files to an external site like google drive or mega, then send it here. It'll help out a lot of people.
