Misc transfer sd data to internal storage

So my old3DS is not reading my micro SDcard, I've tried others but with no luck. so is it possible to somehow transfer my games and savedata into the internal storage as the data is intact and the only real problem is the reader.

unfortunately no. there is not enough internal memory to put the items onto.

Are you absolutely sure the reader won't do? Try full-sized SD for old type consoles, not micro-SD with adapter.

Replace the reader otherwise. For O3DS this is pretty easy, for O3DSXL and O2DS it needs good soldering skills.

Without SD reader, but working cartridge slot you can still play most games (but not use extdata saves). The only games that get saved in internal memory are DSiWare (and this is very limited as well).

Doesn't that use the TWLNAND instead of the CTRNAND?

Yes but it's all on the same physical chip.
