tidy up sd card switch CFW

I want to tidy up my sd card, as i have copied some games on the card.
now i want to add retroarch and some roms.
how do i delete them,
Can i keep the card in switch and delete via MTP, which filders or files to delete.
i will keep them on my pc SSD.

MTP or use Hekate -> Tools -> USB Tools to mount the SD Card.

which files to delete, i have got files with 100003333993 and next is the name of the game.
the other files have just got numbers 100989000 but no game names in front.
i am checking in switch > atmosphere>>sd card
I have put some emulators but they can only be played online...
These have take a lot of space on sd card.
how do i check which game is using which files,, so that i can delte the files..

If they end in .nsp or .xci they are install files. If you’ve already installed them and they are working, you can delete them. I don’t know what else you have on there so you’re going to have to do some research to find out.

Those look like Tickets rather than files. You’ll be able to see the files by mounting yiur SDCard on your PC.
