Offline play only, then you fine. I would personally update to 16.0.1 in OFW, normal nintendo way, then I would reformat your sd card to FAT32 and reinstall all new Atmos files. You won't need EmuNand anymore on your sd card, since you are banned already. Make sure you backup any game saves first using Checkpoint or JKVS. You can even backup your "Nintendo" folder if you want to keep the games that are already on your sd card.
On my banned switch, I have Hekate set to AutoRCM ON, and I copied over Hekate.bin(renamed) to "reboot_payload.bin" in atmosphere folder, so on a crash, the switch will boot back to Hekate screen- No need for a jig and payload, esp nice when away from PC. But I never full power down, just sleep. Good Luck!

You need to push "hekate_ctcaer_x.x.x.bin" payload from the PC with TegraRcmGUI to get into the Hekate menu. Not Fusee

I want to start my switch normally, as if it were new, with original firmware, but I can't, every time I reboot I can only do it in RCM with TegraRCM.

Disable AutoRCM if you want OFW without any SD card.
