Hi everyone I have installed 2 nsp games on my switch with Atmosphere, but as soon as I launch it it tells me: "this user cannot use this software"

I'm afraid there's no other way because the ban is linked to your console. Even if you remove CFW and reset your console to factory defaults, it won't go away.

There's no point if you had gotten your console banned. You can still play games, but you cannot access Nintendo's online services.

since yesterday evening I can't start it normally anymore, without RCM, can this be it?

Simply put:
You were careless and screwed up.
Nintendo found out that you are a rule breaker and banned your console. Forever.
Face it, you can't fix it. You can't do it at all.

Can you get into Hekate menu? Launch OFW from there, or make sure Auto RCM is off inside Hekate "Tools", if you want it to boot to Stock OFW.
Like @SylverReZ said thou, you can't go back now, once console is banned, it's permenantly banned.

on the Hekate menu I don't have the OSW check but only CSW - sysMMC, CFW - emuMMC, Stock - sysMMC

ok thanks, but because the console no longer turns on from the power button, but only in RCM and then with tegrarcm by sending the fusee file

If all of your fuses have blown, then you're totally screwed.

Not really, just banned from online play. I would not go back to old FW anyways,

You can still use Overlays (Tesla) on Banned switch -Yes

Auto-RCM is found within the Hekake settings.
