Impossible for now. Script based mod won't work on Switch.
The only way to change durability of an item is go to xml file which contain that item and edit these lines:

initial_durability             ="100"
max_durability                 ="100"

There is, including all Gwent cards can be bought via the Quartermaster (merchant) at Bloody Baron's perch. visit the discord group

I tried this mod but not sure if it is working? Does the merchant have every item after you use this mod? If yes then mine didnt work because the merchant had a select amount of items to sell.
