Homebrew Misc Switch wont turn on after holding down power button in standard mode

I just bought a jailbroken switch and I thought I would load into the standard switch mode and log in to my account and connect to wifi but when I held down the power trying to take it back into rcm mode it ended up staying as a black screen and not turning back on, when I connect the switch to my PC it says The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunction and it makes a sound as if its been connected and when I hold the power button again it will disconnect from my PC and then it will make a sound again and pop the same message up when I press and hold the volume button
does anyone know how to fix this issue

It probably has AutoRCM turned on and is waiting for you to inject a payload. Did they sell you an RCM injector (little thing that plugs into the USBC port?)

E: If not, try a different USB cable or USB port on your PC.

Did you install the APX drivers?
